ORDINANCE NO. 103A2
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, AMENDING
THE "PLUMBING CODE" OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 103, BY DELETING PAGE 33A, DEALING WITH "PERMIT FEES" AND
SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR A NEW PAGE 33A, SO AS TO ADOPT A NEW SCHEDULE
OF PERMIT FEES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PLUMBING PERMITS; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Plumbing Code of the City of
Coppell, Texas, adopted by Ordinance No. 103, be, and the same
is hereby amended by deleting Page 33A heretofore established
by Ordinance No. 103A and substituting therefor the following

SECTION 2. The schedule of permit fees heretofore
adopted as Page 33A by Ordinance No. 103-A-1 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The necessity for the above amendment to
protect the public interest, creates an urgency and an emergency
for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare,
and requires that this ordinance shall take effect on the /5~__
