OR 103-A-1.1 Amends Coppell Plumbing Code (Ordinance 103) by replacing pages 33 & 34 regarding permit fees AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS ORDINANCE NO. 103A1.1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITY OF COPPELL "PLUMBING CODE," AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 103, BY DELETING PAGES 33 AND 34 DEALING WITH "PERMIT FEES" AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR NEW PAGES 33, 33A, 33B AND 34, SO AS TO ADOPT A NEW SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PLUMBING PERMITS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS: SECTION t. Before such work is slarted again, a new permit shall be obtained. Revocation. Sec. 35-39. Tire Chief Plumbing Inspector is aulhorized to revoke any permit obtained by fraud, misrepresentation, or in any way contrary to the requirements of tiffs Code. Circuses, Sec. 35-40. Circuses, carnivals, fairs and similar temporary carnivals, uses having porlable equipment involving the use of water ~te. f,'om tile City Watesworks system, or requiring conneclion to the City sewer lines, shall employ a regislered plumbing contractor to be responsible for the plumbiug work. Such plumbing contraclor shall obtain the necessary permits and pay the required fees. 34 SECTION 2. The necessity for the above amendment to protect the public interest, creates an urgency and an emergency for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and requires that this Ordinance shall take effect on the ~k~ day of ~Xk~_~ , 1974.
