AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, AMENDING
THE "MECHANICAL CODE" OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, AS ADOPTED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 102, BY DELETING PAGE 18A, DEALING WITH "PERMIT
FEES" AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR A NEW PAGE 18A, SO AS TO ADOPT
A NEW SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF MECHANICAL
PERMITS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Mechanical Code of the City
of Coppell, Texas, adopted by Ordinance No. 102, be, and the
same is hereby amended by deleting Page 18A heretofore established
by Ordinance No. 102-A-1 and substituting therefor the following

SECTION 2. The schedule of permit fees heretofore
adopted as Page 18A by Ordinance No. 102-A-1 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The necessity for the above amendment to
protect the public interest, creates an urgency and an emergency
for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare,
and requires that this ordinance shall take effect on the /~
