Dear Ms. Clower:
I have received and reviewed the plans submitted for the referenced project. The only area of
concern that I have at thi.~ time is that in 1996 the City of Coppell requested a Point of Entry
generally in the vicinity of Sra. 47 +30. As has been discussed several times with representatives
of TRA, the City of Coppell is still interested in that Point of Entry and with the construction of
this project would request that a stub-out line to the south be provided to accommodate that Point
of Entry.
