The fire line should come off of the private water line. 4. Grading and drainage plans will be evaluated further during the engineering plan review. 5. Make sure the sanitary sewer ties into the City of Coppell sewer system. 6. Sidewalk should be built along Denton Tap and SH 121. 7. Provide a copy of the approval of TXDOT for the driveway/decel lane
