The contractor intends to remove the porta-potty by the end of the week.
The brick screening wall is another issue. This wall has been deteriorating for quite some time. I am attaching some pictures for
your reference. The pictures dated 05/16/2008 were taken before the project started. The ones taken on 01/22/2009 were taken
the day the lower part of the wall collapsed.
I do not believe the contractor caused the damage to the wall. Due to the condition of the wall the contractor was careful not to
place anything against, or even too close to the wall.

Hello -
I live in the Villas of Deer Run community. Drain and road work was recently completed near my house, on Coppell Rd and Ruby
Rd; but there are 2 items that need to be finished up. First, there is still a portable toilet on the northeast corner of this
intersection. Second, my community's brick fence, just behind the toilet, was damaged by the workers. When will the toilet be
removed and when will the fence be repaired?
