1. The driveway spacing on Dividend Dr. will be determined by the speed limit.
2. Is there an overall site plan with driveway locations and utilities?
3. Use the city standard for curbs.
4. There is a raised median in Dividend Dr.
5. Fire line loop?
6. Has there been a traffic impact analysis done for this site? A decellane may need to be
provided.
7. Sidewalk should be constructed in the pu~lic ROW along Belt Line Rd. and Dividend
Dr.
8. Stamped concrete at the driveway entrances.
9. Utilities should be done by dry bore.
10. Drainage will be evaluated further during engineering plan review.
