RE: ~ Improvemems ~et~t,..,4 to Gram~'ine Creek Sewer Proi~'ect
Pursuant to our _rec_~at conve~ation and the site visit that I conducted with Mr. Garreth
Campbell and Mr. ~ Griffin, I submit the following with regard to the City site
improvemen~ to be made related to our Grapevine Creek Sewer hnprovement Project:
1. Five Uees planted by you within your property line ~ ~dsu on City easement will be
replaced at the completion of the project. These lrees will be a mlnim~lm of three
caliper inches, and we would appreciate you submitting to Mr. Czam~ Campbell your
recommendations regarding the type of trees to be planted. The City will also plant
addilional trees, the number a~ yet to be determined, in the City park to replace the
t~ees that were damaged during the construction of this project. The U~e planting will
not occur until the fall of this year in order to provide the best chances for tree

The City will repair all damages to your spfinkle~ system and pool drainage system fiat

the deck, which should occur prior ~o completion of ~e work, will be repaired by the
City. During my inspeetion on the mornin~ of April 29, 1997, it appeared that no
deck damage has occurred.
With w.~rd to the piers for the continuance of your fence to be drilled by the City, our
drlttlng equipment will not be on-sim in mid-June when that can be accomplished.
Therefore, the City will not have any equipment in place to complete that
