Project Updates:
· Contacted by DART 3-20-09. They asked why the Drainage Report was not signed and
sealed. We told them once plans were finalized, reports, plans, etc..would be signed
and sealed and sent to DART.
· ROW document revised and included in this status report.
· Memo sent regarding street lighting providing possible options.

Additional Information:
· Once DART gives approval of communication line, and licensure procedures, complete
package will be sent to DART including Application, checklist, drainage report,
applicable plans, licensure fees and signed statement from City's Stormwater Manager
approving plans.
· Schedule meeting to discuss street lighting and ROW for Bethel next week.
