· We are working with Brittain & Crawford to get the Khorami (Deli) property's metes and
bounds revised per your request. We'll have new legal descriptions for your review
Monday afternoon.
· Proceeding forward with street lighting spaced at 60' C-C along both sides of Coppell
Road South from Bethel Road to Burns street (approx. 1300 LF). Lights will be placed
along ROW line.

· Once DART gives approval of communication line, and licensure procedures, complete
package will be sent to DART including Application, checklist. drainage report,
applicable plans. licensure fees and signed statement from City's Stormwater Manager
approving plans.
