I checked with our surveyor and they should be able to have them ready
by the middle of next week. How many copies of them do you need?

Ken,
I am in the process of sending out letters for Right of Way and sidewalk
easement acquisition. In checking current ownership and valuations, I
have noticed three changes.
412 and 420 S. Coppell Road are no longer owned by Ms. Martha Jo Cosby.
They are currently owned by Joanne P. Smith.
400 Coppell Road has been platted into two lots. I am attaching a copy
of the filed plat herewith.
Please update the exhibits for these three parcels so I can get the
letters out.
