Subject: Utility Coordination Meeting
Ken & Trish,
The City of Coppell is hosting a Utility Coordination Meeting on Tuesday August 14, 2007 at 2:00pm here at City Hall. I will
be distributing plans to the franchise utility companies for both the Bethel Road Project and the Coppell Road project as
well as updating our project schedule. Our expectation is that the relocation of utilities will begin on Coppell Road as soon
as possible, and that it will begin on Bethel Road once the ROW has been acquired.
You are encouraged to attend, or send a representative to attend this meeting. If you are unable to attend, I will forward
any relevant information to you after the meeting.
