Mr. Chu,
We appreciate your prompt response. If you have any questions about the project, or about the easement, please feel free
to call me.
By signing this letter and returning it to us we assume you are agreeable to the dedication of this easement in exchange for
the $500 offered by the city. We will send a request to our Finance Department for a check in this amount. That check
should be ready by next Friday (Sept 7, 2007). Once the check is ready we will exchange the check and the fully executed
easement documents.
This exchange could take place through the mail, or in person here at our office.
Please call me or respond to this email with any questions or concerns. I will advise you when the check has been
processed, and set up a time to make the exchange.
