I am writing to let you know that the check is ready to be picked up for the sidewalk easement. We will need the executed,
notarized easement documents as well as a tax ID number (or social security number) for reporting purposes.
If you would like to come to our office to go through the forms and have someone here notarize them for you we would be
more than happy to do that.
