I am happy to discuss this project with you or Mr. Shams via email.
The two issue we would like to discuss are the outstanding payment we
owe Mr. Shams for the easement dedication at the corner of Coppell Road
and Plantation Drive. We have a check, and we can mail it, or it can be
picked up here, we simply need a tax ID number (or SSN) prior to

releasing the check. This is a requirement of our finance department,
and it will be used for reporting purposes.
The other issue is about driveways serving his property. We discussed
the possibility of eliminating the driveways from Coppell Road and
constructing one off Plantation Drive instead. I would like to discuss
this possibility.
