ST0003-CS071119 (8/18/2009) Keith Marvin - Re: Coppell RoadPage 1 From: Keith Marvin To:Roberts, Ken Date: 11/19/2007 1:14 PM Subject: Re: Coppell Road Ken, The Kaye street drainage plans call for a 10" PVC pipe to be installed to pick up casual water that has nowhere to drain. I would like to see us stub an 18" RCP to the property line and cap it. I would expect no more than an acre of contributing drainage area. The property on the southeast corner of Coppell and Plantation is residential. At this time we do not plan to realign Kaye street. We have not yet acquired the ROW at this intersection, but the current owner has expressed an interest to leave the alignment as is. Feel free to call with any other questions. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681 >>> "Roberts, Ken" <kar@Huitt-Zollars.com> 11/19/2007 9:53 AM >>> Keith, We have a few questions: We are adding a lateral stub out for the drainage project between Kaye Street and Cooper Lane. What is the drainage area (acres) and the flow (Q) that will be draining from this area. We will need to add this to our system and revise our calculations. Also, related to drainage, at the southeast corner of Coppell Road and Plantation Drive we are adding a lateral stub out for future drainage. Is this property going to be residential or what? We need to estimate the runoff and add it to our calculations also. We also need to know if the Kaye Street realignment is going to be done for sure. We only want to change the plans in this area one time if possible. Thanks for your help, Kenneth Roberts, PE Huitt-Zollars, Inc.
