Ken,
We are still evaluating bids. The apparent low bidder submitted a request to change his bid. We have rejected that
request, and have met with them to discuss the project and review their qualifications. They have never been a prime
contractor on a project of this magnitude, and we are leaning towards rejecting their bid.
We will also meet with the next low bidder to discuss their approach to the project.

Did you finish tabulating the bids on Coppell Road? If so we would like
to get a copy of the bid tab. Is there anything we need to be doing to
help you with getting the contracts ready for construction. Let me
know.
