Mr. Marvin,
After touching base with the Wilson Elementary PTO Board on Monday night, it appears that April 22nd at
7:00pm would be the best time for an open meeting regarding the construction plans for South Coppell
Road. We realize this is later in the month than you requested, however, with TAKS testing in early April,
we felt this was the best date. Please check your calendar and let us know if this date will work for you
and your colleagues. If it does work, we will secure the Wilson Elementary gymnasium and any
presentation materials you request (podium, microphone, screen and projector, etc.)
