Jill,
We agree that the sidewalks will be a great benefit in terms of safety and accessability.
The plans do not involve any changes to the existing walls or fences along Coppell Road. There are a few places where
retaining walls will be built along the project, but not in the vicinity of your home. We will be rebuilding a portion of Archer
Drive in order to accommodate the change in grade of Coppell Road. This will be limited to about 45 feet, and will include
the sidewalk and some grading in front of your home. Upon completion of this work our contractor will be responsible for
placing new sod and restoring any irrigation that may be disturbed.
There are two ways you could view the plans. First you could follow this link to our FTP site and download them to your
computer:

There is a folder called "Coppell Road" that contains a PDF file of the plans.
Or you may call me and set up a time to meet and look at them either here in the office, or out there on the job.

Mr Marvin,
I live along Coppell Road and unfortunately cannot attend the 4/15 meeting
due to business travel. I welcome the changes as I understand them; I walk
my son to Wilson Elementary every morning and a sidewalk will be a welcomed
addition. What I would like clarification on is whether or not my property
line will be affected by the construction. My address is 502 Archer Dr, and
I am on the opposite side of the road from Wilson Elementary. I have a nice
brick wall separating me from the road today, and I want to ensure that will
not change. I'm assuming that if my property line was going to be affected,
then I would have been notified previously. If you could please verify this
for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, if there is an alternant time
to view the plans please share that information with me. Thank you in
advance for any information you can provide.
