Once work begins on the east half of the road the only turn allowed from Cooper Lane onto Coppell Road will be northbound. Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681 >>> Karl Cole <karlcolecfp@yahoo.com> 4/15/2008 12:10 PM >>> Keith, As one of the affected residents of this project, I was wondering if it were possible to make the beginning of the northbound traffic start right at Cooper Ln (at least until the construction gets to that point)?  As I understand it now, we won't be able to turn south off of Cooper, right?
