Mr. Rankin,
We appreciate your interest in the project. Our traffic engineer is currently studying traffic patterns around the project to
establish a baseline for volume and speed on Whispering Hills. Once the project is underway we will evaluate problem
areas, and respond with appropriate temporary measures where volume or speed become a problem.
If you observe problems during the project, please feel free to contact me.

Mr. Marvin:
I was unable to attend the April 15th meeting but I do have a suggestion. The exhibit shows Whispering Hills as an
alternate rout. I live on Plantation and use Whispering Hills often. The road narrows as you go south from Sandy Lake.
The residents park on both sides of the street at all times of the day reducing the street to one lane. Unless this practice is
stopped during the construction period it will create congestion and safety issues. Is there a plan to keep the street clear of
parked vehicles?
