We will be needing to set up a face to face meeting with Engineering (ASAP) to discuss dates and the
necessary changes that need to be made out in the field and to the narratives to these two work orders. I have
given my large set of prints to Mid America so that we can continue to work until the Gadded prints are received.
There is also a section of Aerial cable on the far South side that needs to be moved by the end of next week so
that we are out of the way of the new water line that is being installed, which will involve pulling of poles,
transferring cables and placing new IPIDs to allow cables to be moved back 12ft of the new poles. these pages
are not on the set prints that are presently in the field.
It would also be in the best interest of all involved parties to attend Thursday Meetings @ 9:OOAM to discuss
and answerthe City of Coppells questions to upcoming and unforeseen changes aswe progress. Regards

Since Mid-America does not have access to V-Build yet, they will be reporting the placing statis
