Dear Mr. Campbell:
By copy of this letter, I do hereby authorize the City of Coppell to
temporarily use property that I own at the corner of Crest~iew Court and
Mockingbird Lane. It is my understanding that the City will conclude their
need for the property by December 1, 1994.
It is also agreed that the City can place various materials and park
various types of equipment on the lots specified during this period of
time. In return the City agrees to remove, repair, & restore the properb/to
a presentable and acceptable nature.
