Ms. Harrell,
We're glad to be able to help during this project. I will have the exhibit for you tomorrow.
I have also met with the contractor on the job and discussed the pedestrian access issues. We will have a path for the
students to walk out there prior to the start of school.
We have also discussed the traffic situation with the Police Department. They will have at least one officer there morning
and afternoon for the first week of school.

Mr. Marvin,
Thank you so much for meeting with me last week about the construction on S. Coppell Road. I appreciate your insight
and willingness to work so closely with us. I know it is going to be a great year.
I am planning to send a letter out to Wilson families on Friday. Would it be possible to have the electronic copy of the PDF
showing our plan by then? I would like to include it with the letter, but if I can't I will just mention that it will be posted on
our website.
