When we met last Friday with North Texas they understood the importance
of maintaining a clean project and said that they would have everything
in good shape by this Friday. We addressed the tree limbs and they will
be gone this week also. They are going to send us a quote for the temp
walkways and according to Robert you were willing to add by change order
the cost to provide temp walkways, I expected a price from North Texas
today but they didn't send one. I will hound them tomorrow so we can get
a price agreed before the end of the week.

Thanks for the additional information. This issue should not affect our
working relationship.
I understand your position as it relates to a proposed change from one
of your sub-contractors. I hope you understand our position as it
relates to having two different costs for the same pay item depending on
which sub is doing the work.
We have gone ahead and processed the pay estimate. I would like to not
that we have agreed to the 25% for ROW Preparation, and that I would
like to see the tree trimming removed from the ROW.
With this email I want to reiterate that we need to have the traffic
control refreshed, the roadway cleaned, and some safe pedestrian routes
established before school starts next Monday. I have been talking about
this for a couple of weeks now, and I am getting a little concerned.

see what I was telling you over the phone, after we hung up it seemed to
me that you felt like I was trying to pocket some kind of windfall
profit from work not performed. I apologize for not consulting you when
I was told that this was the agreement made in the field. I should have
