Cliff,
I'm guessing that most of your manpower is being sent elsewhere to work on
storm damage. Any idea how this may impact the completion of this
project?

The splicing on the Coppell rd. move is at 90% completion as of 9/12/08.
We are still on target to complete splicing by 9/22/08.

Coppell Road Project
Gentlemen,
We met this morning as we have been doing for the past several weeks to
discuss the status of utility relocations on the Coppell Road project. We
appreciate the fact that Kelly was able to represent Verizon and give us
some information on the conflict with the 1800 pair cable at the north end
of the project.
Kelly shared his understanding of where we are in the splicing process.
Unfortunately his knowledge is based on a field visit last week. We would
appreciate it if someone with first hand knowledge of the splicing
activity could attend the meeting next week at 9:00am on Thursday.

Our contractor will begin the excavation on the west side of the roadway
either Friday or Monday depending on the weather. +
