Keith,
After reviewing the pictures and considering the type of work performed
by our subs to date I do not believe that we have had any work that
would require that type of nail. It appears to be a 16D Duplex Nail and
may have come from the nearby subdivision.

I am forwarding this email to Lance Smith of Tiseo Paving for his
review. The city has contracted with Tiseo for the construction along
Coppell Road. I will let Lance review these pictures and respond as to
whether they have had any need for that particular type of nail on the
project.
