for this project is Albert Samaniego. He can be reached on his cell phone at 469-576-1458. At this time he should have
already made contact with you concerning moving signs and barricades to allow better access to your business.
The scope of this project has always been from south of Cooper Lane to Sandy Lake.

The road construction on South Coppell Road was supposed to be north of Cooper Street on the west side of Coppell Road
allowing for north bound traffic according to all accounts we have read. However, construction is now proceeded south of
Cooper Street. Plus there is now a road construction sign directly in front of our business blocking customers from entering
our driveway from the south. In addition, the garbage was not picked on Saturday morning because of this. This situation is
having a direct and significant adverse impact on our business and on the sales taxes that we generate for Coppell.
