That sounds awful. Sorry you have to deal with it.
I know Albert has met with both Tiseo and the sub (J&T Excavation) this morning. I expect they will fix the drives right. I
will discuss with Albert and the contractors the need for adequate drainage in case we get another storm like this one.

Yesterday a load of big gravel was put on our drive, but mixed with the rain
and mud it led to a horrible mess. Mark was able to get his truck out, but
then our neighbors got their truck stuck. The subcontractor helped the
neighbors get their truck out of the mud, but it is still in their drive,
they couldn't get it out to the street.
They have been working all morning on pumping out the water and removing the
mess. I can not get my SUV out until they complete the work later today.
The subcontractor (I don't know the company name, not TISEO) has told me
that they will bring out better material to put on the drive so that we can
use it hopefully by the end of the day.
Thanks for your help.

Mrs. Leach,
We have been discussing the situation on Coppell Road this morning. I had
not heard that you could not get out this morning.
We will handle the mailbox issue. I will contact the postmaster and discuss
with them where we can locate these boxes so they are both accessible to the
homeowner and to the delivery folks. If your box has been destroyed it will
be replaced.
Thanks for your patience.

Keith,
Yesterday the excavation crew came and removed the road and dirt from in
front of our house. They excavated around the mailboxes on the street and
left them sticking up in the air. We were not receiving our mail last week
until I spoke to the post office last week and they started bringing our
mail at the end of the week. Now this week they can not deliver due to the
construction.
Our mailbox was twisted and destroyed yesterday and will need to be
replaced. I am not sure about what to do about the mailboxes so that we can
get mail. Are we supposed to move them? Where should we put them so that
we can receive our mail?
I am sure you also heard that due to the amount of rain we can not get our
cars out of our driveway. The crew is working on this right now and I hear
that we will be able to get out by the end of the day.
Please let me know what we should do concerning the mail.
