Our plan is to move the mailboxes. Tiseo is getting the materials together and should be moving them this week. I expect we will need to move yours down to Kaye Street. Will that pose a problem for you? Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. I had (8/19/2009) Keith Marvin - Re: MailboxesPage 2 not heard that you could not get out this morning. We will handle the mailbox issue. I will contact the postmaster and discuss with them where we can locate these boxes so they are both accessible to the homeowner and to the delivery folks. If your box has been destroyed it will be replaced. Thanks for your patience. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681 >>> "Leach Mail" <leachmail@verizon.net> 11/11/2008 10:33 AM >>> Keith, Yesterday the excavation crew came and removed the road and dirt from in front of our house. They excavated around the mailboxes on the street and left them sticking up in the air. We were not receiving our mail last week until I spoke to the post office last week and they started bringing our mail at the end of the week. Now this week they can not deliver due to the construction. Our mailbox was twisted and destroyed yesterday and will need to be replaced. I am not sure about what to do about the mailboxes so that we can get mail. Are we supposed to move them? Where should we put them so that we can receive our mail? I am sure you also heard that due to the amount of rain we can not get our cars out of our driveway. The crew is working on this right now and I hear that we will be able to get out by the end of the day. Please let me know what we should do concerning the mail. JoAnn Leach 408 S.
