Coppell Road weekly meeting
Gentlemen,
(8/19/2009) Keith Marvin - Re: Coppell Road weekly meetingPage 2
As we move forward on the Coppell Road project we are approaching the
point where we intend to begin cutting the roadway down to the rough
proposed grade. It has come to my attention that some of the existing
Verizon facilities are within the area of this proposed cut, and that
these cables are not yet able to be abandoned.
At the upcoming weekly coordination meeting (Thursday 7/31/08 at 9:00am)
we would like to discuss the schedule of this abandonment. As I
understand it, in order to accurately discuss this schedule we need
representatives of the Verizon Engineering, Construction, and Splicing
divisions. If representatives of these divisions are not available,
please let me know, as we may be able to reschedule the meeting for a
different time.
