This represents a change to the contract specifications. Based on our meeting yesterday we will allow this
deviation under the conditions that the ride on this portion of the surface be the same as the section
placed with the slip form paver. In the event the surface is deemed inadequate by the city engineer, we
will expect it to be removed and replaced.
