Mr. Rashid,
I don't know who Mr. Walters is. He must be a representative of the
contractor. The way our contract is set up any damage claims will need to be
processed through the contractors insurance.
I will follow up with the contractor and see if I can get a status of your
claim.

Hi Keith,
It has been over a month but no progress on this issue.
I did get a call from a Mr. Philip.Walters.
He gave me a claim number 972-006-2577.
On his request, I sent him an outline of damage and pictures.
I have never heard anything form anybody in this regard, ever since.
Please help us.
Should we get a lawyer/
This repair has turned out to be a nightmare for us.
