Mr. Marvin:
Mr. Philip Walters is a Claims Adjuster for Zurich Insurance our
carrier. Mr. Walters had notified me that he has tendered this claim to
North Texas Contracting's insurance in accordance with our subcontract
agreement. I shall contact them today to see if an adjuster has been in
contact with the Rashids.
As per our contract with the City of Coppell, this claim is being
handled by our insurance and Zurich will make a determination of
liability on behalf of both Tiseo Paving Co. and the City of Coppell.
