Letter from Mr. Charlie Seraphin of 776 Crestview Circle
October 6, 1992
Mr. Seraphin has requested the City respond as to the status of the Sewer Master Plan and the
City's plans for the two vacant lots at the southwest comer of Mockingbird and Crestview Circle.
This question is directly related to the Grapevine Sanitary Sewer Project. As I indicated in a
previous memo, bids have been received and opened on that project and we will be discussing
several options concerning that project at the November 10, 1992 City Council meeting. Because
we will be requesting that the sanitary sewer be micro-tunneled along the rear of the two lots in
question, it is quite possible that the City can work out an arrangement where the lots can be
developed, even over the top of the sewer easement. This should alleviate the builder's concern
and the resident's concern about the future status of those two lots.
I would request that this item not be discussed at the October 27, 1992 City Council meeting.
I have a previous engagement ~ening concerning the sale of my home in Arlington. I will
be unable to attend the City Council meeting.
