John,
Shortly after the fish and turtle incident at the Thweat Park pond I asked Albert to have our lab pull a water sample from
the pond. I wanted to find out what may have caused the problem. He has come back and asked about the use of
herbicides in the park. There does not appear to be any lime or cement in the water.
Do you know anything about herbicide use in the area of this pond? Do you want to talk to the lab?
