I believe the barricades were spaced approximately 10-15 yards apart. The driver stated that he had been
out of town for a while and when he returned he didn't realize the new portion of the road was open. I feel
the barricades were clearly visible from his viewpoint and he just didn't realize the new travel lane had
been changed.
