I was speculating that some day someone may want to develop that land. As far as I know there are no
plans, and there may never be plans.
This would not be done by the city. If it ever happened it would be the land owner(s).

Keith,
A week or so ago our neighbors, the Smith's, mentioned that you had talked
to them about some possible future plans for Kaye Street. I must say it was
very confusing, plans including a cul-de-sac that would take up the back
half of their property and go in to our property with houses being built. I
have talked to them again, and am more confused now.
There are definitely issues for the emergency vehicles on Kaye Street. I
was just wondering if you would be able to share the plans for the future of
Kaye Street.
