Albert,
Good day. As the construction starting to enter into the final phase for coppell road, I do have concerns that is effecting my
property (500 Halifax Ln.) corner to coppell road. The concerns are as follows:
1) There is water drainage 2" from my property that is now covered by leveling the ditch that is between my property and
coppell road. This served as the drainge from my house on the east side. I would like to have this redirected to continue the
drainage.
2) I'm concerned about the leveling of the front and east side of the property how it would level to the coppell road street.
Whether a retaining wall (devonshire side) would be constructed or not? If you have updated engineering drawing available
on the ftp site, as it would help me to understand the changes or modification per engineering updates.
3) My sprinkler is not working at this time due to construction also, and I'm bit concerned about my foundation also as all
my neighbours have foundation issues in the past.
