Pleaze be advised, that Amerisure has reviewed the claim that you have presented. We
cannot find that anything that North Texas Contracting has done chat would have caused
the damage that you have presented. ]n order to prove your case against North Texas
Contmclittg, you will need to obtain an engineer [o give a wri t[cn opinion of why he feels
that North Texas Contracting would be responsible far causing such damage.
Upon receipt of such engineer's report, we will again review your claim. By this letter I
must respectfully deny the claim you have made against North Tezaz Contracting until
further proof.
