Water flows only through a small channel, may be 1 to 1 1/2 ft in width; half of the width on my yard, other
half my neighbor's. After the steps my frontage is not much over 15'.

Yes. We looked at it yesterday, and they will be going beyond the steps. They will not go all the way to
the property line though. They will stop 5-10 feet short, where the drainage swale comes through. We do
not want to block that area with fill.

As I said in the phone message, they have dug only up to the steps in the front yard. They removed the
earth and graded the lest side earlier and I told you about it in one of our previous conversations. Please
make sure they put back the soil they removed and build the retaining wall on the left side also.
