hey keith we were out there two different times last week to find a leak. after the flare was redone we didnt find a leak.
he has two sprinkler heads that shoot in the area of the meter can. one head shoots directly onto the can. we believe there
is no leak and that he is getting his water from the sprinkler heads. im not sure how to explain that to him other than
having him shut off his irrigation for a day to show there is no leak . let me know how you think i should handle this
situation.
