Subject: Foundation Settlement
Ms. Barve,
Thank you for calling me about your concerns relative to your home. As we discussed yesterday, I recommend you
document the areas where you feel settlement has taken place, and continue to document them as any additional
movement takes place.
As far as filing a claim for the damages, the city will forward that to the contractor that built Coppell Road. The contractor
is Tiseo Paving, and they can be reached at 972-289-0723. Their mailing address is P.O. Box 270040, Dallas, TX 75227. I
highly recommend you send them a letter documenting the claim. Include as much detail as you can so they understand
the basis of the claim.
I will remain involved in this issue until it is settled one way or the other. As such, please copy me on your letter, and feel
free to call me if you do not receive a response in a timely manner.
I would address your correspondence to Lance Smith at Tiseo. I have copied him on this email.
