To Whom It May Concern;
The purpose of this letter is to recognize that the owners of Bethel Business Center
understand that if the Developer agreement is not approved at city council, then roadway
impact fees will be paid and the initial plans will move forward. It is understood that the
owners may decide to not construct Creekview in the event the developer agreement is
not approved due to the cost burden of the construction.
