Gary,
As long as the next invoice doesn't show work dates from this fiscal year that will be fine. In other words percentage
complete is good, "site Visit 9-20-07" is bad.
Thanks.

Keith,
We will have some additional billing on Bethel related to construction
administration but I feel we are pretty much up to date so I will wait
until next fiscal year to submit.

Subject: Coppell Year End
Folks, the City of Coppell is approaching the end of the fiscal year.
Our Finance Department has requested that all invoices for work done
during this fiscal year be submitted mo later than October 8, 2007.
This means that any work completed by your firm through September 30,
2007 should be invoiced prior to that time.
Please send your invoices to my attention no later than Friday, October
5, 2007 so they can be reviewed and submitted prior to the deadline.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Please call me with any
questions or concerns.
