Keith,
As discussed in our meeting on Bethel Rd. please clarify who will be responsible for Erosion Control, Sod, and
the Waterline. The developer has silt fence inplace that may be within the limits of construction, at this time I am
not sure until the paving can be staked. I think the developer would have the erosion control as a part of their
scope if a SWPPP is required. Due to work onsite by the developer beyond Tiseo's control we would prefer that
they install the sod and have the responsibility for establishing growth.
