Dear Mr. Griffin:
I am pleased that I, and other City of Irving staff members, as well as Mr. Joe Carter
of Shimek, Jacobs, and Finklea will be able to meet with you on Friday, June 24 at
2:30 PM regarding the Dallas Water Supply Line No. 3 project. We are now prepared
to begin easement negotiations and it is essential that, since this main traverses the City
of Coppell, we understand the status of, and procedures for, development and also
share ideas on how to best accomplish the project.
I have prepared the attached tentative agenda to clarify what I feel we need to
accomplish out of this meeting. Please review it and if you have any thoughts or
comments, let me know.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Bob Chapman, P.E.
