Keith,
I have checked with my subs and we can have the East half of Bethel Road completed and two lanes of traffic
back to the West from Freeport Road to Royal Lane by April 18, 2008 provided weather does not delay us. Also
we need to contact the lady behind the Hard Eight to build a temp. driveway. We have left messages but no reply,
maybe you can help.
