Currently, we are loosing a lot of plant material at the entrances at South Royal Lane and Freeport Parkway.  I spoke to Randy about getting these areas watered, and even put him in touch with the landscapers that manage these entrances for Duke.  Currently, irrigation is capped or turned off at both of these locations and I am loosing lots of plant.  I have listed some of the plant material that will need to be nursed back to health or replaced upon completion of the job.  Some of this material, like the crape myrtles, are bigger, so they will be more expensive to replace if allowed to die.  I have listed the locations and the plant material that I noticed today.  This is unlikely a complete list, and will undoubtedly grow with the summer heat and lack of water.    South Royal Lane-Center Median 1. The crape myrtle leaves are curled and starting to turn brown. 2. The bushes are starting to curl and become very dry.   South Royal Lane-NE Corner 1. Behind the monument on the left, all of the asian jasmine that follows the curve of that wall is dead/dying.     Freeport Parkway-NE Corner 1. Most of this plant material including ground cover, ornamental grass, bushes and trees are dead or dying.   Freeport Parkway-Center Median 1. The material that was not pulled at the beginning of construction still looks okay. 2. Need to find out what the final resolution will be for this bed, since it rests a lot higher that it used to…   Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks and have a wonderful day!       Christy Walters Property Administrator Duke Realty Corporation 14241 N.
