Good afternoon,
Our tenant said that she saw someone come out and repair the irrigation at a hole on the above property. But
she says that water is running out of the hole into the street. I am sending a maintenance technician out there to
turn off the irrigation water manually. Can you let Duke know when this repair is scheduled for completion? I
need to make sure that the water is not off very long or we will loose landscaping. I have included the property
manager, Bryan Parker, in the email. Please inform him of when this repair will be completed. Thanks.

I included you on the previous email, because I did not have an email address
for Randy at Tiseo. I need to get in touch with Verizon. Do you have a good
contact for the work that they are doing along Freeport? They have damaged
irrigation while laying the cables and I want to find out how they want to
resolve that issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
